An old place for storyng hay, beside the Mill, restored with the combination of iron, wood, cork and stone, has become an elegant studio-apartment to spend unforgetable holidays right in the heart of Umbria. -equipped for 3 people, cooking-facilities, heating and toilet with shower.

The old stall now entertains, in an atmosphere minimalist but warm, an ample studio apartment where the second bed is set on a characteristic loft, once refuge of the hays.

Attached to the "Mill of Molanoce", is a Franciscan style refurbished apartament "The Footprints", for 2 people equipped wit cooking facilities, toilet with shower, independent heating system. A stream of water flowing trough the garden makes this a place of meditation and peace.

This was the ancient Storehouse where the sacks of corn were placed and afterwards emptied out throungh the trap-door into the hopper below. Now it is a studio-library within the owner's aparment, with two single beds, a private toilet and a shower. Breakfast is included in the price and the guest can share the living-room together with the owner's family.
